To get started, you'll need a Real Estate Salesperson’s or a Broker's license in good standing. You'll have to secure a suitable site. Consideration should be given to your M.L.S. access, business license requirements, utilities and office liability insurance, as well as  signs, etc.  

Aside from Independence Realty's standard 5/95% commission split arrangement, there won't be any additional fees to worry about, and no franchise fees or royalties or monthly dues to pay. 

As the Designated Realtor of your Independence Realty Branch, you'll be free to bring other associates to generate more revenue.

You'll also be free to set your own commission sharing arrangement with your teammates, at your own discretion.
